:How To File A Claim:

Auto - RV - Boat
Windshield: Call our office and report it. We will verify your coverage/deductible and will advise you to have it repaired at a facility of your choice.	Insured Hits Deer: Report the accident to the police. Call our office and report the incident at your first opportunity. Our staff will verify your coverage/deductible, then advise you to obtain estimates for repairing the damage.
One Vehicle Collision: Call the office and report the incident. After verifying your coverage/deductible, we will advise you to obtain estimates for repair of the damage.	Two Vehicle Collision: Call the police. Exchange insurance information with the other driver. Call the office and report the incident. Our staff will verify your coverage/deductible that may apply and set the claim up for you with the insurance company.
Property
Take whatever measures are necessary to ensure no further damage can happen. For instance, turn off the water main for burst water pipes, place a tarp over the roof for leaks, etc. Call the office and report the incident at your earliest convenience. We will verify your coverage and deductible and advise for you to obtain estimates for repairing the damage.

:Locating Our Offices:

From the North:

Follow US-23 south into East Tawas. Turn right at the Newman Street traffic light. Follow Newman Street for two blocks to State Street. Turn left on State Street. Our offices will be in the middle of the first block, on the right hand (north) side.

From the South:

Follow US-23 north into East Tawas. Turn left at the Newman Street traffic light. Follow Newman Street for two blocks to State Street. Turn left on State Street. Our offices will be in the middle of the first block, on the right hand (north) side.

From the West:

Follow M-55 east to the intersection with US-23 in Tawas City. Turn left and follow US-23 north one mile to Newman Street in East Tawas. Turn left at the Newman Street traffic light. Follow Newman Street for two blocks to State Street. Turn left on State Street. Our offices will be in the middle of the first block, on the right hand (north) side.
